Tulsa Police Officers responded to the area of 63rd and South Peoria on October 31st for reports of a shooting.
When police arrived they found Shawn Miller with a single gunshot wound to the upper torso.
Miller was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Throughout the investigation, detectives identified Raymond Jordan as the suspect in the homicide.
Jordan was taken into custody without incident and booked on one count of first degree murder.
