BIG CABIN, Okla. — A man has been arrested on a count of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon after a man was life-flighted to a Tulsa hospital following an assault in Big Cabin on Wednesday night.
The incident happened in the 100 block of West Main in Big Cabin.
The victim, who was taken to a hospital in Tulsa after the attack, identified his attacker as Erik Goins, 40, of Vinita, officials said.
Goins was located in Chelsea and arrested by Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation agents at about 3 a.m. Thursday morning.
Goins was booked into the Craig County Jail.
