TULSA (AP) -- Police say the man wanted for questioning in a fatal shooting in north Tulsa has been found.
Mario Faulk, 34, was arrested on complaint of first degree manslaughter and possession of a firearm AFCF Monday.
Sgt. Dave Walker says the 2008 gold Dodge Caliber believed to have been used by Faulk was found Sunday morning
Authorities say they were called to the scene of shooting on Dec. 19 at a north Tulsa apartment complex. When they arrived, they found a 33-year-old male, Ira Eugene, who had been shot. The victim was transported to a nearby hospital where, police say, he later died.
Police say two men were arguing about a woman when the shooting occurred. Faulk is described as the woman's boyfriend and the dead man as the father of the woman's child.
