TULSA - A man is behind bars after allegedly spying on his neighbors from inside his home.
Authorities say Kamran Peeler, 25, admitted to watching his neighbors get dressed for work and use the restroom from his attic.
Police went on to say that Peeler also stole alcohol and prescription drugs from them as well.
