BROKEN ARROW, Okla. - A man was arrested after Broken Arrow Police say he had sex with a young girl.
Police say the James Ferguson and the 12-year-old victim met on a 1-800 singles line. The victim told police that Ferguson picked her up at a Walgreens and took her back to his home.
After pretending to be the young girl over text messages, police were able to arrested Ferguson who now faces charges of lewd molestation and 1st degree rape.
