TULSA -- A man was taken to the hospital in critical condition after he was hit while trying to cross I-44.
Oklahoma Highway Patrol says the crash happened on I-44 near Yale Avenue just after 4 in the morning Saturday.
OHP says a driver, Michael Francisco, 27, struck the man on the highway while he was attempting to cross. Troopers arrested the driver for allegedly driving under the influence.
