Man arrested after shooting at vehicle

TULSA - A man was arrested after Tulsa Police say he allegedly shot at an employee of a car lot.

Police say 21-year-old Nicholas Gordineer saw his girlfriend's truck being repossessed at 2740 North Birmingham Avenue.

According to authorities, Gordineer chased the truck down the street, firing several shots at the vehicle.

The employee of the car loot told police that a white BMW chased him and shot at him while he was on 36th Street North.

Gordineer told police he thought the vehicle was being stolen and shot at the truck three times. The suspect was arrested for shooting with the intent to kill and is currently being held on $75,000 bond.
