OSAGE CO.--On Saturday, January 27, an Osage deputy tried to stop suspect but it ended in a pursuit and traffic accident.
Deputies say that the suspect sped off, which started a pursuit.
Authorities say that Gary Allen Day hit a guard rail on HWY 412 and New Prue Road and then struck a deputy’s car.
Sand Springs and OHP got involved.
Officers say day’s motor blew, so he bailed out and fled into the woods.
He was finally found and arrested.
