OKMULGEE COUNTY, Okla. — OHP officials said a man was arrested after a fatal ATV accident Sunday in Okmulgee County.
Officials said Justin Stephens was arrested for DUI and manslaughter.
Troopers said Stephens was driving too fast, rolled an ATV and his passenger, Christopher Gilbert, was pronounced dead at a local hospital.
