Authorities arrested a man after running from police, who were searching for a rape suspect.
Officers said he wasn't the man they were looking for, but he told police he took off because he had a misdemeanor warrant.
It happened at 2 a.m. Saturday at an apartment near East 11th Street and South Mingo.
Police were called to the area for a report of a rape.
When they arrived, they found a silver Mercedes driving fast out of the complex.
Officers followed the car and helicopters also got involved in the chase - until the suspect was taken into custody in northwest Tulsa.
