TULSA -- A suspect was arrested after a chase through Tulsa Saturday morning.
Police say the chase began in north Tulsa and ended in a neighborhood near 71st Street and Sheridan Road.
According to police, spike strips were used to stop Taylor Browning. Browning allegedly fled from police because he didn't have a drivers license.
