Adam Joseph McKean was arrested by Owasso Police Saturday afternoon.
Police received a call from a female Uber driver saying she was being kidnapped, she was able to give a description of the car before the call ended.
Officers located the car stopped near the intersection of 76th Street North and 129th East Avenue.
According to the driver, McKean committed sexual battery upon her and forced her to keep driving.
McKean was charged with public intoxication, sexual battery, kidnapping, and interfering with an emergency call.
