OWASSO, Okla. – A man is behind bars after, police say, he beat a woman with a baseball bat.
Police say David Williams beat the woman in addition to raping her after the two got into an argument.
The woman was able to text a friend to call police when Williams left to go to the bathroom.
Officers say the victim showed them bruises on her back.
Police say Williams faces kidnapping, rape and assaults and battery charges.
