Tulsa police say Evan Parrott, 27, was booked for first degree rape and kidnapping in the Tulsa County Jail. On Thursday, Parrott appeared for his preliminary hearing.

Parrott is believed to be connected to the sexual assault that reportedly occurred on August 7. According to the 24-year-old victim, the suspect scheduled to meet up with her after they met on the Plenty of Fish dating website, reports Tulsa police.
