CUSHING, Okla. – A man was arrested this week for allegedly sending inappropriate social media messages to minors.

OSBI says that Carlos Fritinger, 24, from Cushing was reported on multiple complaints of sending and receiving lewd pictures of underage females. He was arrested on complaint of possession of child pornography; facilitating, encouraging, engaging in sexual communication with a minor; communication with a minor by use of technology; lewd or indecent proposals to a child; indecent exposure; and violation of the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act.

A cyber tip line led authorities to Fritinger and authorities were able to obtain information from his Facebook that revealed conversations involving the lewd pictures.

OSBI says with the help of officers from the Attorney General’s Office, Edmond Police Department, Payne County Sheriff’s Office and Cushing Police Department they were able to serve a search warrant and arrest Fritinger.

He allegedly admitted to the illegal behavior, say police. Authorities went on to say that a search of his phone revealed images of girls as young as 12 posing in lewd manners and engaging in sexual acts.

Fritinger was booked into the Payne County jail.
