TULSA - An Oklahoma man accused of rape has pleaded no contest to 10 rape charges at a motion hearing on Tuesday.
Police say Slatton, a registered sex offender, grabbed a 9-year-old girl from the playground of an east Tulsa apartment complex.
The girl was later found in a wooded area in Sapulpa.
According to the Oklahoma Department of Corrections, Slatton has served more than two years behind bars for sexual battery.
