Man accused of holding knife to throat of IHOP waitress

TULSA -- A 41-year-old man was arrested Sunday after police said he held a knife to the throat of a waitress at a Tulsa IHOP restaurant.

A police report said Bradley Slaton did not pay for his meal, and then followed the waitress to a back room, pushed her against the wall, and held a knife her throat.

The incident was caught on security video.
