TULSA- The jury trail for the man accused in a murder investigation from March 2015 is scheduled to begin Tuesday.
Police say that Keelan McDuffie shot and killed 22-year-old Jorge Zuniga at the Saint Thomas Square Apartments near 61st and Peoria.
Zuniga was discovered dead inside a wrecked SUV with a gunshot wound to his torso. McDuffie later entered a not guilty plea.
In 2013, McDuffie pleaded guilty to domestic assault in the presence of a minor.
