TULSA -- Viewers asked Two Works For You why equipment involved in a deadly accident two weeks ago is still being used at the site in South Tulsa.

Police say 59-year-old Rick Deeter was driving an asphalt machine onto a trailer on July 3rd, when it started jolting.

Deeter was thrown out of the machine and crushed.

A representative from American Asphalt, who owns the trailer Deeter was operating, says while they're dealing with the tragedy from weeks ago, they still need to complete the work at the Marriott parking lot near 71st and Lewis.

American Asphalt says OSHA inspected and cleared the equipment for continued for use after the accident.

They said they cannot release their internal investigation on the incident until OSHA is done with theirs.
