Oklahoma Natural Gas announced this Friday, May 15, is the deadline for Oklahomans to apply for their Energy Assistance Program.
Officials say with the challenges that many Oklahomans are experiencing, due to the impact of the coronavirus pandemic, Oklahoma Natural Gas urges their customers to apply for their federally funded Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP).
“We know that COVID-19 has brought hardships that many of our customers have never faced before, so we want to do what we can to spread the word about this important resource,” said Callie Sneddon, Oklahoma Natural Gas director

The LIHEAP program helps home owners to pay from a portion of their energy bills, and the application deadline is May 15 at midnight.
