TULSA, Okla. — A local tattoo shop is offering to cover up gang-related and racist tattoos free of charge.
The Parlour Hair & Ink in Sand Springs is hosting its fourth annual “Stop the Hate in the 918” event, according to the shop's Facebook page.
It takes place Friday, Oct. 23 at 12 a.m.
The shop said the event is first come, first serve. Guests are required to wear face masks.
