TULSA – An employee at a local jewelry store attempted to thwart a theft this week after an expensive ring was taken.
Tulsa police are searching for a man who allegedly took a ring from Moody’s Jewelry Monday.
The man asked to look at the ring and then ran down the street with it. An employee attempted to chase after the suspect but was unable to catch them.
Now, police are searching for a Durango that has a spare tire on the left rear side.
"We do know we are looking for a dark blue Durango. At first they said it was a paper tag on it. That is now true it was a white garage bag he had over the tag."
