TULSA, Okla. — A local business owner is helping a local couple with their private adoption fees.

We first reported about Matthew Vasquez's business, Daymaker Company, on November 9 when he was looking for a family to bless during the holidays. Just a few days before Christmas, he says he's found the perfect match.

Vasquez says he met Amy and Russ Arnolds through a friend in common. The Arnolds dealt with infertility for several years before conceiving through IVF. Now, their two-year-old daughter Ivy will soon have a sibling.

They're on the waiting list to adopt a child, and Vasquez says he wants to help. He says about 20% of his candle sales are going toward helping couples with private adoptions, and the Arnolds are his first family.
