VIAN, Okla. — An eaglet has hatched as seen on a live feed from the Sequoyah National Wildlife Refuge.
According to nest updates from the refuge, the baby eagle has hatched in the last week, and the mother eagle has brought plenty of food to the nest.
Officials said another egg in the nest likely failed to hatch.
Nests tend to be located in taller trees in an area.
Baby eagles tend to stay in their best for about 12 weeks after hatching.
