Legendary animator brings artwork to Tulsa

TULSA — An art exhibit in Tulsa this week is sure to take you down memory lane.

It features the work of legendary animator Ron Campbell.

He's the man behind some of the most iconic cartoons of the 20th century.

Like the 1960's Saturday morning "Beatles" cartoon series, and The Beatles film 'Yellow Submarine'.

He also worked on Scooby Doo, Rugrats, The Smurfs, The Flintstones, The Jetsons, and many more.

The exhibit will be on display through Wednesday showcasing Campbell's work.

It's at Grant's Frames and Gallery at 81st and Sheridan.

It's free and open to the public.
