LAS VEGAS — The son of Oklahoma City bombing accomplice Terry Nichols was arrested in Las Vegas.
Joshua Nichols' lawyer Tony Abbatangelo said Nichols' wife called him saying something seemed off and he wasn't checking in like he was supposed to.
Abbatangelo said Las Vegas Police picked up Nichols for absconding.
"No new charges are being filed at this time," Abbatangelo said.
Abbatangelo said Nichols will spend 3-5 weeks in the Clark County Detention Center then will be transferred to High Desert State Prison to await a parole board hearing.
