TULSA -- A lawsuit has been filed against the Tulsa Police Department in connection with a man's death late last year.
The lawsuit claims that Tulsa police used excessive force in the deadly shooting of 31-year-old Jacob Craig last December.
The lawsuit, filed by Craig's family, claims Craig suffered from mental illness and was under the influence of mushrooms when he was shot.
They also say the officer failed to save Craig.
