Expect delays on Highway 169 during a resurfacing project. ODOT crews started working on the road improvements the day after Labor Day.
Several lanes are closed on the highway, including the on-ramp at 31st Street to go southbound and the off-ramp at 21st Street.
During the project, crews will also be repairing the bridges at 21st and 51st Street.
This is part of a $6 million dollar project that is expected to be completed by next summer.
