Former Sooners quarterback tweeted Monday that he is committing his 'life and time to becoming an NFL quarterback' as he makes his stance in the NFL known.
On Twitter, Murray officially let it be known that he is going to play in the NFL as a quarterback. The announcement came days before Murray was scheduled to report for spring training with the Oakland Athletics.
"Moving forward, I am firmly and fully committing my life and time to becoming an NFL quarterback," Murray said.

Back in January, Murray declared for the NFL Draft.
While at OU, Murray won the Heisman, AP Player of the Year and during his junior year, threw for 4,361 yards and 42 touchdowns.
Murray also won the Davey O'Brien Award, which goes to the nation's top quarterback in college football.
