BROKEN ARROW, Okla. — Broken Arrow's hometown star will be back in town this week for her fifth year of Broadway boot camp.
She is hosting 54 Broadway hopefuls for a week-long camp, giving back to her Alma mater.
On Monday, camp participants sang for the coaches from Broadway and practiced a dance routine.
"Theater is my dream, I want to do it forever and ever," said Evelyn Rose, a participant. "I've been in community theater for my life and this is the next step for me."
This year, she's bringing in Grammy and Tony award-winning coaches to share their talent with students.
Chenoweth is not there just yet. She'll be at the camp later this week. The event wraps up this weekend with an award ceremony and show.
