BROKEN ARROW, Okla. – Students, family and fans will have to arrive at Friday night’s game against Owasso a little earlier than expected.

Due to weather concerns the kickoff time for the Broken Arrow vs. Owasso football game will be moved up to 6:30 p.m., allowing the stadium to be open by 5 p.m., reports the Broken Arrow superintendent Dr. Jarod Mendenhall.

"Our primary concern is the safety of our students and patrons," said Mendenhall. "We worked with local weather forecasters in making this decision and feel that since a possibility exists for severe weather, it is best to play it safe."
