TULSA, Okla — It's a situation authorities never want to be called to but tonight, the K9's they trust to get the job done are getting trained.
Oklahoma Task Force One held their canine testing this weekend in Tulsa.
Each dog goes through a disaster scenario where they need to find victims buried under the rubble.
Those with the Task Force tell us a lot of work goes into these situations.
"So when we train we hid people underneath 10-20 feet of rubble where you cant see them. You can't hear them, they are quiet until he gets there and barks.", Adrienne Seibel.
There was also a K9 team from Iowa that came down for the training.
