Today in Broken Arrow people from all across the area came together to help tackle juvenile diabetes.
Our very own Chief Meteorologist Mike Collier was the MC for the Event.
Money raised from the event will go to helping to battle juvenile diabetes.
Those at the event say this event is important.
"We are hoping to find the cure for type one diabetes. I'm personally effected, my son who has type 1 was diagnosed. It's a disease that doesn't go away, we manage every single day."
Officials say they usually hold the walk on a Saturday but with college football they decided to move it to Sunday this year.
