Joshua Baker arrested for hitting, spitting on security guard at homeless center in Tulsa

TULSA - A homeless man was arrested Tuesday for assaulting a security guard and spitting on him at a shelter in downtown Tulsa.

Joshua Baker, 31, entered the Day Center for the Homeless and began verbally abusing the employees.

A security guard asked him to leave, but Baker refused and began cussing at the guard. The guard escorted Baker to the front door where Baker hit the guard in the face and spit on his arm.

Baker was arrested for trespassing, assault on a security guard and throwing human waste.

According to the booking report, Baker is on parole out of Maryland.
