TULSA - Official murder charges have been filed against the man accused of killing a two-month-old baby in Tulsa.
Police say Joseph Bunnell has been charged with child abuse murder and child neglect after a 2-month-old was found unresponsive.
On March 15th Tulsa Police found a two-month-old girl unresponsive at the Ashford Overlook Apartments.
The child's 20-year-old mother was at word during the incident. The woman's 21-year-old fiance, Joseph Bunnell, was at home was at home taking care of the baby along with two other young children.

According to documents, the child was found with multiple contusions to the front and back of her head. Police say the injuries on the baby's face indicate "no accidental trauma."
Police say Bunnell's story was not consistent with with bruises found on the body.
