JENKS, Okla. – Parents were given a reminder to teach their children about stranger danger Tuesday when a real life example occurred.
Jenks Public Schools sent a statement saying that a student riding the bus home was approached by a stranger in a vehicle when she exited the bus.
The school went on to say that the student was not harmed and is safe with her parents
The Tulsa Police Dept. has placed extra patrol cars and officers in the area as a precaution.
