Tonight, Ironman officials announced the final 2020 Tulsa triathlon course.
The race consists of swimming, running and biking.
Competitors will starting with the swimming course.
It's more than two mile journey on Keystone Lake.
Then it's on to biking.
Cyclers will start from Keystone Lake, peddling 112 miles, snaking all the way to Barnsdall, then back down just north of downtown Tulsa.
Then it's the final push of the race, where athletes will get on foot, running from downtown onto Riverside Drive, looping back up at East 66th Place, finishing the more than 26-mile run on Cameron Street in downtown.
You still have time to train.
The race will happen May 31, 2020.
