TULSA, Okla. — New developments in the ongoing investigation near Talala.

Investigators have secured a second search warrant on a property they've been investigating since Tuesday.

Rogers County Major Coy Jenkins tells us this second search warrant involves excavation on the property by the District Two Crew County Commissioner.

The Norman Police Department contacted the Rogers County Sheriff's office to help with their investigation.

Also helping, the FBI, Northwest Fire Department of Oolagah, and the State medical examiner.

Tuesday they searched a pond and found some evidence, now investigators want to search another spot.

Wednesday they searched a second pond for more evidence.

Rogers County Major Coy Jenkins says they have found some evidence and they will notify us when that can be revealed.

"We have an original search warrant that covers all the areas but we want to make sure that a second and subsequent search warrant would absolutely cover a particular area that we have invested interest in," Jenkins said.

Rogers County deputies are conducting interviews. And have not made any arrests.
