TULSA – Donations are down at Salvation Army locations in the Tulsa area, says the organization.

Rising temperatures hitting the area so early in the summer have reportedly led to the decline in donations, say the Salvation Army. Another contributing factor to the decline, says the organization, is the $300,000 cut by the government in funding for homeless shelters.
