TULSA -- Oklahoma Highway Patrol says the IDL has reopened - seven hours after closing for a crash.
I-244 westbound, eastbound and northbound lanes were shut down in the area after Tulsa Fire officials said a small tanker truck spilled several hundred gallons of roofing tar on the two northbound lanes of the IDL just west of the Tulsa County Jail.
The truck overturned onto the highway.
Northbound ramps to Highway 412 and I-244 were closed.
I-244 northbound traffic was being diverted to the Broken Arrow Expressway.
