HUD awards $8.3M to Oklahoma for homeless programs

A new grant is helping Oklahoma's homeless population.

The Secretary of US Department of Housing and Urban Development is giving Oklahoma $8.3 million.

The grant will support homeless assistance programs across the state.

Nearly $2.9 million is going to Tulsa City and County.

The funds will go toward 14 assistance programs.
