A bill that would revoke a doctor's license if they perform abortions is moving forward.
The Oklahoma House passed the bill Thursday that would punish abortion doctors by taking away their license for one year.
The ACLU commented on the bill, saying in part it's "an unconstitutional measure which undermines reproductive autonomy and inserts the government in private healthcare decisions by punishing abortion care providers."
The Senate still has to vote.
