TULSA -- Police arrested a man for allegedly shooting and killing his roommate after the two reportedly got into an argument in their apartment.
Jakhai Adams, 18, is now facing a second degree murder charge after the deadly shooting Monday night.
Police said someone called 911 from the Eton Square Apartments near 61st and Memorial to report a fight between two men, who both had guns. The caller left the apartment and reportedly heard a gunshot as well as a thud from someone falling.
When officers arrived, they said it took a while for Adams to answer the door. When they finally got inside, they said they found Mohammed Tareq, 20, dead inside a sleeping bag. Police said Adams told them he got into an argument with his roommate and shot him in the head.
Officers said they took two handguns from the apartment, and right now they are not looking for any other suspects.
