Early Sunday morning, Tulsa Police Officers responded to the area of East 61st Street and South Garnett Road for reports of a shooting.
When officers arrived they found the victim, Keith Gruhlkey, lying on the ground in the parking lot.
He had several gunshot wounds to the upper torso, including a shot to the head.
Gruhlkey was transported to a local hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.
