Tulsa police responded to the area of East 36th Street North and North Peoria Avenue for reports of a shooting.
When officers arrived on scene they found the victim, Rodrick Adkins, dead from gunshot wounds.
This is an active investigation, Tulsa homicide detectives are asking the public to call Crime Stoppers, 918-585-5209, with any information.
