UPDATE - A man found on the side of the road in North Tulsa has been identified as 37-year-old Daniel Yochum.
The Medical Examiner’s office conducted an autopsy on Saturday and didn't find any trauma on Yochum's body.
There were signs of drug use. While Tulsa Police has suspended the homicide investigation, Homicide Detective Dave Walker says they believe someone dumped Yochum's body.
His black 2006 Nissan Altima with Oklahoma tags is missing.
According to Walker, Yochum was found in north Tulsa just west of Mohawk Park on East 36th Street. He says the body appeared to have been in the area for around 12 hours.
"It is protocol just because we are going to be asking them to determine cause of death. If we poke around there we are known to destroy evidence and move things that can be vital to their investigation," said Walker.
