OKMULGEE COUNTY, Okla. — The long-awaited hearing for the Beggs mother accused of killing her two children is on hold.
The Okmulgee County District Attorney's Office postponed today's hearing because it is being looked at by the Court of Criminal Appeal.
I’ve just learned Amy Hall’s hearing will not happen today. The Okmulgee District Attorney’s Office tells me the case is on a hold because it is being looked at by the Court of Criminal Appeal. They do not have a date it will be rescheduled to right now.

The hearing for Amy Hall had already been delayed multiple times as Hall's attorneys pushed to have the judge removed from the case. But last month, that motion was denied.
Hall is charged with killing her son and daughter, Kayson and Kloee Toliver, at their home in Beggs. Her youngest daughter survived.
Last month, Hall was also charged with assaulting another inmate.
