TULSA - Students at Hale High School had the opportunity to vote in a mock presidential primary.
Before the mock primary, students attended a class where teachers presented each candidate and gave a review of how the Oklahoma primaries work.
The high school says its team of social studies teachers have established goals to get students interested in the political process, and give them the tools they need to be active voters as adults.
Below are the results from the mock primary.
Democratic primary:
Bernie Sanders won with 398 votes
Republican primary:
1st Donald Trump
2nd Marco Rubio
3rd Ben Carson
