TULSA -- The groundbreaking for new apartments coming to the Brady Arts District is planned for Tuesday afternoon.
SATTCOM Investments, a partnership formed by Sam Combs and Howard Aufleger, partnered with the Tulsa Development Authority in the land purchase.
The Flats on Archer, which will be located on the northwest corner of Boston and Archer, are scheduled to open in the summer of 2018.
The $11 million project is intended to fit the demand for young professionals in the heart of downtown.
“We are looking for a unique tenant, something that fits with the environment of the Brady Arts District, perhaps a café or market. We want a space that provides all the conveniences of urban living and most importantly meets the needs of our residents,” Aufleger said.
The groundbreaking is slated to begin at 4 p.m.
