The movement to legalize medical marijuana in Oklahoma fails after months of holding rallies and gathering signatures.
Organizers had 90 days to gather nearly 124 thousand signatures to put medical marijuana on the ballot next year. Tuesday was the deadline and the group, Green the Vote, delivered just over 70 thousand signatures to the secretary of state's office.
Green the Vote says they will not give up and plan to double their efforts for another petition next year.
